Mental health is a journey, and everyone's path looks different. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and involved in their care.
We take the time to understand each individual's concerns, goals, and unique circumstances so that treatment can be personalized to their needs.

Pathe Psychiatry provides compassionate, individualized psychiatric care for ages 5 and older, addressing a variety of mental health conditions.

Psychiatric Evaluations
Psychiatric evaluations include:

Support for excessive worry, panic symptoms, fear, and anxiety that interfere with daily life.
Depression
Individualized treatment to address changes in mood, motivation, sleep, energy, and daily functioning.
ADHD
Evaluation and medication management for attention, focus, impulsivity, and executive function concerns.
Mood Disorders
Personalized care for conditions involving significant changes in mood and emotional well being.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Compassionate psychiatric care for intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Support for symptoms associated with traumatic experiences.

Medication Management
Medication management incorporates ongoing evaluation, monitoring, and individualized treatment planning based on each individual's unique needs. Our goal is to help improve symptoms, enhance overall well being, and support individuals in returning to and maintaining their daily lives.
When clinically appropriate, genetic testing may be offered through Genesight® to help inform medication treatment decisions.
We do not provide substance use disorder treatment or medical marijuana services.

Supportive Therapy
Brief supportive therapy is provided when clinically appropriate. The goal of supportive therapy is to improve coping, emotional stability, and day to day functioning by helping individuals feel supported and heard, strengthen and expand existing coping abilities, and manage problems effectively.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
With more than 25 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Percefull combines her extensive clinical background with her passion for mental health care. As a dual certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, she takes a holistic, patient centered approach to treatment.
Dr. Percefull believes effective psychiatric care begins with listening. She works collaboratively with patients to understand their concerns, establish meaningful goals, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Referrals
We make referring patients to Pathe Psychiatry simple for other providers.
Complete our referral form and let us take care of the rest. Our office will contact the patient regarding scheduling and next steps.

What type of services do you provide?
Pathe Psychiatry provides mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, medication management, as well as limited therapy services when clinically appropriate. Referrals to outside therapists or other providers may be recommended if additional services are needed.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be made through the link above or by contacting Pathe Psychiatry at the contact information listed below. Please do not contact us via chat, as this is not monitored.
What if I miss my appointment?
Every effort must be made to reschedule appointments at least 2 full business days in advance. Appointments not rescheduled or cancelled at least 2 full business days in advance will be assessed a no show/late cancellation fee equivalent to the visit type. After three occurrences, individuals may be dismissed from the practice.
What are your office hours?
Pathe Psychiatry is open Monday through Friday 9:00 - 5:00 est.
What do I do in case of an emergency?
Pathe Psychiatry is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency , please call 988 or 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
Do you provide controlled substances?
Pathe Psychiatry may provide controlled substances at your providers discretion. Individuals prescribed a controlled substance will be subject to a signed agreement and additional monitoring.
Do you provide services via telehealth?
Pathe Psychiatry provides services via telehealth. Certain appointments may require an in person visit based on clinical needs, laws, regulations, or provider discretion.
Do you accept insurance?
Pathe Psychiatry currently accepts certain commercial insurance plans. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Please contact our office to verify participation and discuss self pay options.
